You have the following rights with respect to personal data refering to you:

3.1 General Rights
You have the right of information, correction, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition to data processing and portability. As far as processing is based on your consent you have the right to revoke it effectively for the future.

3.2 Rights in Data Processing to the Legitimate Interest
According to Article 21 para. 1 of the GDPR you shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on points e (data processing in public interest) or f (data processing to protect a legitimate interests) of Article 6 para. 1, including profiling based on those provisions. We shall no longer process the personal data unless we demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms for you or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

3.3 Right to Complain to a Supervisory Authority
You also have the right to complain about the processing of your personal data by us to responsible data protection supervisory authority.

4 Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website

In case you merely browse our website for informative purposes, that is if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following informations that are technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure its stability and safety. The legal basis for this is Article 6 sect. 1 f GDPR:
IP address, date and time of the request, Greenwich mean time (GMT) time zone difference, content of the request (specific page), access status / HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, web site that receives the request, browser, operating system, and its environment, language and version of the browser software.

5 Contact by Email or Contact Form

When you contact us by e-mail or through our contact form, the informations you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your questions. Informations that are not required for contacting us are always mark as optional. Though these informations serve us to concretize and improve the handling of your request. Stating these informations are expressly provided on a voluntary basis and with your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR. As far as these informations are communication channels (like email address, phone number), you also consent that we may also contact you via this communication channels to answer your request. Of course, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future.
We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer required or restrict processing if legal retention requirements exist.

6 Applications

You can apply to us electronically, especially via email or web forms. Of course, we will only use your informations to process your application and not to pass these to third parties. Please note that unencrypted e-mails are not protected against access.
If you have applied for a certain position and it has already been filled or we consider you for another job that might even be more suitable for you, we would like to forward your application within the company. Please let us know if you do not agree to forwarding.
Your personal data will be deleted immediately after completing the application process, or after a maximum of 6 months, unless you have explicitly given us your consent for a longer storage of your data or it concluded into a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 a, b and f GDPR as well as section 26 FDPA.

7 Data Transmission

A transfer of your data to third parties will not take place, unless we are legally obliged to do so, or the data transfer is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship or you have previously expressly consented to the disclosure of your data.
External service providers and partner companies, such as The logistics company commissioned with the delivery, will only receive your data if this is necessary for the processing of your order. In these cases, however, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the minimum required.
